To activate purchased NACVIEW license, you need to generate a license request, send it to NACVIEW, and install the signed license file you receive in return.

Note

Renewing a subscription in NACVIEW is done exactly the same way as installing a license. It is important to perform this process after purchasing the subscription through the official sales channel, and before the current subscription expires.

Warning

If the subscription is not renewed before it expires, the system will be shut down, and NACVIEW support will be required to reactivate the subscription.

  1. Open Administration and go to the License section.

  1. Select the Request button, fill in the form fields, and confirm with the Save button. NACVIEW will generate a license request file in XML format.

  1. Send the generated XML file to request@nacview.com. You will receive a signed license file in return.

Note

Please note that to obtain the purchased license, it must first be ordered through the official sales channel. By default, NACVIEW comes with a free NV-20 license that includes all features except the ability to create a high availability (HA) environment.

  1. Select the Install button and upload the signed XML file you received.
